Hi guys!
I hope you‘re all well.
So this post will be mainly aimed at y13s because that is the year I am in now (That was weird to say), but for anyone starting school after this prolonged period this have changed and change isn’t something majority of us like. Why? Well for very obvious reasons, it’s not something we are use to, it requires us to change in someway and it’s uncomfortable.
I had my induction day today were we got told many things, many changes had taken place and it was quite obvious that school was not going to be “normal” for a while. I’ll be honest and say that I’m not happy with the changes and perhaps the school could’ve done things differently but for now it is what it is and ranting and raving about the situation will not do anyone any good. I definitely think that things will have to change along the line because students will not put up with these rules for very long. Despite this being said, the virus is still very much present in our lives and there isn’t very much to say that it will go away anytime soon so I guess adapting and evolving is what we will have to do for the time being.
I personally was very anxious this morning about going back and yes I am not extremely happy with the arrangement but I’m really hoping it’ll get better as the year goes on. It’s our last year and I really want it to be great!
I wish you all well for this year, try and stay happy💗
Thanks :)
